A nice and very clean hotel. Great location.

Cleanless. Easy check-in. Helpful staff ( from their other hotel, that has reception). If you need extra equipment (iron, towels, bulbs etc) everything is available for guests in the storage room ( there's an instruction about that in the hotel)

Very central location. Self and totally independent check-in and check-out procedures.

The room could have been cleaner. Although I liked the self check-in, I'm a bit concerned about the safety of the hotel, since you just need a code to get in.

Good location and good rooms. A very decent choice to stay.

The location of the hotel was nice, it's nearby of a lot of restaurants, bars and places to shop. It was very easy getting in with key codes with where sent to us via message. The room was totally fine, nothing out of the ordinary but also nothing bad. We liked that there was refrigerator in the room.

The bathroom was a little old, but everything was working fine.

Good value room, clean, spacious and you could make a cup of tea and coffee in the room. Easy and fast check in and check out! Near the bus station to go to the airport also.

Comfortable and central

Very central location and large, comfortable room. Easy check in process. Luggage storage facilities are not available at this hotel but you can leave luggage at their partner hotel just a 5 minute walk away.

The hotel is located on top of a bar which plays pretty loud music on the weekends.

- excellent location - good equipment of the room - nice bed

There were two big problems: 1) This hotel is complete without personnel and reception; therefore, you must go through three doors with three different codes to get your room. If your phone's battery is empty, it is a real problem to go into. 2) The bathroom and floor in the room were super dirty when I first came to the room. In the shower, there were a lot of hairs on the floor.

I'd recommend it for location and the room was nice enough.

Location was great, central to the tourist highlights. I really liked Trondheim itself. Check in was remote but not a problem.

Just bad timing but there were noisy student festivities happening that night so having the window open (it was also a hot night) meant it wasn't very restful.

There is a nightclub next door and I had my window towards it. had an impact on my possibility to sleep. Also it would be nice to have a means to see from the inside if the door was locked or not. Now it was not possible, felt a bit insecure.

Just ok because its just walking distance to the sentrum and from the transportation station.

Its close to the city and from the train station.

The itchy bed thus we need to use extra towels to put over the bedding, moreover we’re only provided 2 pillows for 3 occupants of the room. We need to open the window because the room was so warm despite lowering down the temperature.

Convinience to everywhere in the heart of Trondheim City.

Close to everywhere, convinience location in the heart of the Trondheim city.

Everything is good accept the kettle is dirty inside, might haved from previous guest that never been clean. So I decided to never use it and bought a coffee from outside.

No frills pleasant downtown stay

no frills - just good value for money. Easy and well-working code for doors, and large, comfortable rooms with reasonable TV program

room was cleaned only after first night in a 5-night stay. This is not enough and should only happen of the gues explicitly wishes no cleaning. Once every 2-3 nights should be standard.

Beware loud nightclub right next door... be prepared not to sleep till well after 2am on club nights... Bed space a bit cramped and no bath mat provided which is a health and safety issue

Great value for money hotel in a good location, as long as you don't mind the nightclub next door.

Fast, uncomplicated check-in. Clean room. Location in the centre of town, easy to reach. No need to check out, just hang a sign on your door.

The mattress was rather soft and kept slipping off the base. There was no shampoo. There was no hairdryer so I phoned up the service number, who sent a member of the cleaning staff along with one in a couple of minutes. The room was very hot but the guy on the check-in turned that off for me, since I didn't know how to use the heating.

Very nice and pleasant hotel stay

It was very clean and comfortable, always a pleasant temperature, good facilities for washing, quality towels. Always quiet at night even on weekends and the location was fabulous.

The single beds were very light and would often slide away from each other in the night and the mattress would come off the bed, and not enough pillows for us. 1 each gave us a bit otlf a sore neck sometimes.
